Enjoy a Day fishing aboard one of our 18ft centre console sportfishing vessels with one of our expert Nomad guides. There are a huge range of options to choose from, and prices for a day start from as little as $220/person with 3 anglers on the boat. Some of the fishing options are as follows:-
- Sight fishing the flats around Fraser island for golden trevally up to 12kgs, big Queenfish or longtail tuna. You can chase these fish on fly or conventional tackle, but please bring your own gear if flyfishing
- Casting metal lures at the schools of longtail tuna and mackerel in the bay is incredible fun
- There are a myriad of islands to explore in the Sandy Straits, all with huge fishing possibilities while casting soft plastics for queenfish, coral trout, snapper, flathead and much more.
- Live baiting some of the reefs inside the bay wil result in big spanish mackerel, cobia, tuna, trevally and many other species.
