Rob is our highly experienced and talented chef onboard the Odyssey. Rob is a highly qualified head chef, having worked at many top quality restaurants before joining the Nomad Team in August 2006.
The quality of food and service that Rob has delivered since joining the team has astonished most guests. There are not too many weeks when Rob doesn't get a round of applause for one dish or another. He has some signature dishes that have been described as being better than those served in some of the best restaurants visited by our clients.
Rob is a keen fisherman as well, and recently managed to catch a 30kg GT on a popper from the back of the mothership while anchored at Bugatti Reef
Rob's food is a mixture of Australian and Asian influences, but you never know what he'll serve up next. All you can be sure of is that the food is great, and as well as being a great chef, Rob is just a great bloke to have on a boat. You can be assured of a fantastic week while Rob is in the galley.
