Our Chef has a wealth of experience preparing local seafood, and is a superb 5 star cuisine. There's not much our chef can't do, and his food will thoroughly impress you. Responsible for a full spread breakfast & packed lunches, where he really shines is a full 3 course evening meal fit for any 5 star establishment let alone an 80ft mothership in pristine remote picturesque locations while the sun goes down over the Coral Sea.
