Claire joined the Nomad team in February 2006 as office manager. Since this time the business has expanded a huge amount due to the level of organisation and management that Claire has brought to the office. Claire handles all bookings, administration and general on ground organisation for Nomad Sportfishing, she is the management backbone that everyone relies on to know what is going on..
As well as running the office, Claire has spent a lot of time onboard the Odyssey gaining valuable experience in the way that the vessel operates while at sea. Claire is extremely knowledgable about all of our charter packages and fishing options, and has expereinced many of these trips first hand.
Before joining Nomad Sportfishing, Claire was a curatorial assistant at the Queensland Art Gallery, but after Damon Olsen and Claire were married in January 2006, Claire decided it was time to leave the government and try something different.
You will most likely get Claire on the phone when making an enquiry, and you can be sure that Claire will be able to point you towards the right trip for the fishing style you are interested in.
